This is a required meeting for everyone who plans to cook for the annual family gathering. We will review all of the details for the event, including:
- Food safety
- Meat pick-up schedule
- Set-up / tear-down schedules and logistics
- Detailed list of supplies provided by the church
- Detailed list of supplies provided by the cooks
- BBQ competition rules
- Q&A time
