What are we cooking?

Sliced Brisket

Brisket typically takes 8 to 10 hours to smoke depending on cooking temperature, weather, size of the brisket, and a variety of other factors.  The church will provide the brisket, foil pans and aluminum foil to cover the pans.  You will be responsible for cooking the brisket, saucing the brisket, slicing it and turning in a covered foil plan that is ready for serving.  

Chicken Thighs

Chicken thighs typically take 1.5 to 2 hours to smoke depending on cooking temperature, weather and a variety of other factors.  The church will provide the chicken thighs, foil pans and aluminum foil to cover the pans.  You will be responsible for smoking the chicken, saucing the chicken and turning in a covered foil plan that is ready for serving.

Baby Back Ribs

Baby back pork ribs typically take 4 to 5 hours to smoke depending on cooking temperature, weather and a variety of other factors.  The church will provide the ribs, foil pans and aluminum foil to cover the pans.  You will be responsible for smoking the ribs, saucing the ribs, slicing the ribs and turning in a covered foil plan that is ready for serving.  

Pulled Pork

Pork butts typically take 8 to 10 hours to smoke depending on cooking temperature, size of the pork butt, weather and a variety of other factors.  The church will provide the pork butts, foil pans and aluminum foil to cover the pans.  You will be responsible for smoking the pork butts, pulling the pork, saucing the pork and turning in a covered foil plan that is ready for serving.
