Attention all cooks! I am excited to announce that this year, we're offering a series of free BBQ classes designed to teach you everything you need to know about preparing the different types of meat served at our annual family gathering. Here is the schedule of classes:
Saturday - June 10: Pulled Pork

Saturday - July 22: Brisket
Saturday - Aug 5: Chicken Thighs
During each class we will do a deep dive into how to properly cook each meat category, including:
What to look for when selecting meat
How to build a winning flavor profile
How to pair the right wood with your meat
Step-by-step cooking instructions
How to finish and present your final product
Additionally, at each class our own resident professional chef Michael Pennington will be showing you how to prepare 2 incredible side dishes that perfectly complement the meat. So, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned grill master you should walk away from each class with some new skills that will help level up your BBQ game.
