One of the challenges of cooking for an event like our family gathering is physically moving your smoker to / from your house to the church. It generally requires a truck and trailer to transport it and not everybody has access to such equipment.
This year we are working with one of our church members to provide a free pickup / drop off service for those who need a little help moving their smoker. Email me at bbq@bluevalleybaptist.org if you would like to be added to the list.
